THE BOYS OF SUMMER
Decades of Kansas City Baseball

An amazing array of BASEBALL MEMORABILIA  is now on display at the  Museum .  This lifetime collection, begun by Harvey Kirmse during his employment with the Kansas City Athletics, features the very first baseball bat used in the Home Opener in 1955, and autographed by the team.  Autographed balls from virtually every American League notable, and photographs, programs, etc. dating from 1908 through Raytown ’s Bob Allison’s career.

This collection has been a family collaboration, combined with a special love of the game, and  friendships with the famous through the years.

Don’t miss this special display during the season of Playoffs and World Series

The Museum is located at 9705 E. 63rd, Raytown, Missouri.  Hours are Wednesday thru Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.  Admission FREE but donations are encouraged.
